Partita dalla doppia faccia, primo tempo decisamente a favore della Sampdoria che di fatti, grazie ad un bellissimo numero di Schick, chiude i primi 45 in vantaggio. Secondo tempo invece pienamente pendente dalla parte del Crotone che prende coraggio e riesce a ribaltare il risultato e portare a casa tre punti interessanti.
Qui Sampdoria: Squadra genevose che mette in campo una buona prestazione nel primo tempo meno nel secondo ed infine viene punita dal nuovo entrato Simy, che dire psicologicamente i giocatori si sono addormentati anche vista la tranquilla situazione di classifica.
Qui Crotone: Ottima prestazione per i calabresi che tornano a casa con i tre punti, ma sopratutto con la consapevolezza di poter sperare ancora nella salvezza nonostante sia molto dura la strada per la permanenza in serie A.
